FPCI - 1000 Abrahamic Circles Project Operational Intern
Duties and Responsibilities

Assists the program manager with administrative duties which include but not limited to, letter drafting;
-
Provides a periodical report on interfaith/interreligious issues around the globe;

Assists the program manager with the recruitment process of the circle members;
-
Assists the program manager in producing digital marketing contents and other dissemination activities;
-
Assists the program manager regarding institutional partnerships and funding;
-
Assists the program manager to arrange events as a part of a circle’s journey.
Requirements
-
Undergraduate student in their final year or fresh graduate of International Relations, Political Science, Communications, or other relevant fields of study;

Excellent command in both English and Bahasa Indonesia;

Understands the national, regional, and global context of inter-religious issues/conflict, relevant bodies, and figures;
-
Possess exceptional communication, project management, and coordination skills;
-
Possess an eye for detail and is not afraid to speak up when something is less than it should be, and;
-
Would not mind working in a small, fast-paced team and a stress-prone environment;
-
Based in Jabodetabek.

Additional Information

This paid internship will run for 3 (three) months in which you will be on a probationary period.

The Abrahamic Circle Secretariat will not reimburse any cost of transport and/or accommodation from the applicant's place of residence (if it is outside of Jakarta) to the office.

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by 21-22 January and will be preceded by an interview with the secretariat.
